Wilberto Millet, Jr.

Wilberto Millet, Jr., 19, of Waterbury, CT, formerly of West Haven, CT died suddenly in West Haven on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Wilberto was born in Bridgeport, CT on May 21, 2005, a son of  Wilberto Millet, Sr. and Jessica Irizarry and had resided in West Haven for most of his life before moving to Waterbury a year ago. He was a 2024 graduate of West Haven High School, and was an amateur boxer for the past 8 yrs who trained at Ring One of New Haven. In addition to his parents, he is survived by four sisters, Diamond Irizarry, Crystal and Ruby Millet and Jaralis Millet, one brother, Justin Cartagena, his paternal grandparents William Millet and Paulina Arroyo, his maternal grandfather Rafael Irizarry, and many loving cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Ramonita Irizarry Rivera.

Wilberto's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, February 26th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, February 27th at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
