Rita Lois (Millette) Bogaert

Rita Lois Bogaert, 88, of North Haven, CT left her earthly home and moved to her brand new home in Heaven, on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late John T. Bogaert.

Rita was born in St. Mary Hospital, Waterbury, CT on August 18, 1937, a daughter of the late Albert and Eunice (Donovan) Millette and had resided in North Haven for much of her life.

Rita is survived by her two daughters; Nancy B. (Robert) Kiskaddon of North Carolina and Donna, (Jamie) LeBlanc of Florida.  She was predeceased by her youngest daughter, Greta A. Bogaert and her oldest grandson Michael J. Bylo

She was also blessed to leave grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

There will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her “Going Home” Memorial Service at Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven, CT at a date and time to be determined in the Spring of 2026. www.washingtonmemorialfh.com
