Rafael Luís López

Rafael Luís"Coco" López, 46 of Hamden, formerly of New Haven died peacefully at Arden House, Hamden on Monday, October 5, 2020 with his loving family by his side. Rafael was born in Cataño, Puerto Rico on February 10, 1974 a son of the late Antulo López and the late Dominga Concepción. He had resided in New Haven for most of his life before moving to Hamden two years ago. Coco is survived by three sisters, Luz M. López and Luz B. López of New Haven and Carmen (Paul) González of East Haven, one brother, Edwin ( Nadia) Martinez of New Haven, his loving aunt Nilsa Concepción of New Haven who raised Rafael as her own son, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Puerto Rico as well as New Haven. Coco's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, October 10th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
