Peter Oscar Arroyo

Peter Oscar "PJ" Arroyo, 42, of New Haven, CT died suddenly at Yale-New Haven Hospital, York St. Campus on Monday, May 20, 2024. PJ was born in New Haven on August 24, 1981, a son of Blanca Zayas of Puerto Rico and the late Victor Arroyo. He was a lifelong New Haven resident, and a self-employed handyman. In addition to his mother, PJ is survived by three daughters, Yessenia E. Arroyo of West Springfield, MA, and Ymadelis Arroyo and Jay'Na Estrada of New Haven, two sons, Zavian O. Arroyo of Derby and Isael Arroyo of New Haven, five grandchildren, Jaxx and Xaila MacDonald, Hendrix Marquez, Yaretzy Reyes and Ivalis Marín-Arroyo, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. P.J.'s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, June 7th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
