Perfecto Nicolas Rodríguez

Perfecto Nicolas Rodríguez, 58, of East Haven, CT died peacefully at Yale-New Haven Hospital on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Cynthia Lugo Rodríguez. Perfecto was born in the Bronx, NY on July 25, 1965, a son of the late Léoncio and Celia de Jesús Rodríguez, and had resided in New Haven for twenty years before moving to East Haven twelve years ago. Perfecto was a loving, giving provider and protector of his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Besides his wife Cynthia, Perfecto is survived by four daughters, Hannah Rodríguez of East Haven, Ada Celi (Miguel) Palma of New Haven, Cynthia Lynn Rodríguez of Northford and Margarita Rodríguez of Hamden, two sons, Nicholas and Matthew Rodríguez of East Haven, his adopted children Nicole Vega and Miguel Rodríguez of New Haven, one sister Jeannie Julia Rodríguez of the Bronx, four grandchildren, Christian, Joshua and Sebastian Palma and Novalie Díaz, an aunt, and many loving cousins and friends. Perfecto’s family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, September 11th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. HIs funeral cortege will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, September 12th at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 9:45 a.m. in St. Barnabas Church (St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish), 44 Washington Ave., North Haven.
