Patrick B. Savino

Patrick B. Savino, 69, of Wallingford died peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side on Sunday, September 4, 2022. He was the beloved husband of twenty eight years to Lisa Lutz Savino. Pat was born in New Haven on August 29, 1953, a son of the late Pasquale and Blanche Della Rocco Savino. He lived much of his life in New Haven, and had resided in Wallingford for the past thirty two years.  He was a diesel mechanic for First Student Bus Co. of New Haven for many years, and was a 1970 graduate of Wilbur Cross High School, New Haven. Pat’s family would like to thank Franciscan Home & Hospice Care, Meriden for their loving care and compassion during this difficult time. In addition to his wife Lisa, Pat is survived by four daughters, Joann Savino of West Haven, Michelle Savino of New Haven, Christina (Kevin) McGuire of Wallingford and Trisha (Daryl) Hopper of Buxton, ME, three sons, Kevin Savino of Wallingford, Patrick “Patsy” Savino of West Haven and Anthony (Brianne) Papa of Cheshire, one brother, Anthony “Tony” Savino of New Haven, eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
