Patricia Ann (Gilhluly) Fortin

Patricia Ann Fortin (Patty or Trish to her devoted husband), age 72, of Wallingford, CT passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Patty was born in New Haven, CT , the first born daughter of Benjamin and Josephine (DeCato) Gilhuly. She is survived by her beloved husband Paul, her granddaughter Julia Dushane and her great-granddaughter Layla Eaton, her grandson Justin Bone, her great-grandson Renton Bone, her three sisters Sharon Gilhuly, Kathleen Punzo (Steven), Jamie Douglas (Kevin), brother Benjamin Gilhuly (Irene), and her many nieces, nephews and friends who loved her.

Patty loved breakfast with friends, Christmas time in her home, and spending time with her cherished family and friends. Her family would like to thank Dr. Hosmer and her amazing nurses and staff at Hartford Healthcare Oncology Unit for helping her fight this battle with dignity and strength.

Patty’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, February 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
