Pablo Juan Serrano, Jr.

Pablo Juan Serrano, Jr., 69, of West Haven, CT died peacefully on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Yale-New Haven Hospital, York St. Campus with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Evelyn Viera. Pablo was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico on March 23, 1955, a son of the late Pablo Juan Serrano, Sr., and the late Agueda Martínez. He had resided in Vineland, NJ for more than forty years before moving to West Haven twenty years ago. While living in Vineland, he worked for the City of Vineland, Dept. of Public Works. He is survived by three step-daughters, Johanna, Jany and Jalery González and one step-son Juan González, all of Vineland, three sisters, Antonia Serrano, Elsie Serrano and Merrialis Aragón of New Haven, four nieces, Millie and Marci Martínez and Wilmerrys and Wilyannis Ramos, and two nephews Ricardo and Juan Pablo Rosa. He was predeceased by his son Paul J. Serrano.

Pablo's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, July 22nd from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 23rd at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven. washingtonmemorialfh.com
