Nicky Adnel Pérez Hernández

Nicky Adnel Pérez Hernández, 40, of New Haven, CT died suddenly on Sunday, August 31, 2025 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Nicky was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico on March 9, 1985, a son of Janet Hernández of Loiza, PR and the late Sergio Pérez, and had resided in New Haven for the past twenty years. He was passionate about race cars and motorcycles, and was a friend to all who got to know him. He will be deeply missed.

In addition to his mother, Nicky is survived by three daughters, Nickeichalis Pérez of Loiza, Adneliz Pérez of New Haven and Makeyli Pérez of Tampa, FL, one son, Adnel Pérez of Tampa, his step-father, Miguel Pisaro of New Haven, two brothers, Axel Pisaro of New Haven and José Alexis Cirino Hernández of Loiza, his maternal grandmother Carmen Lydia Marchand of Jacksonville, FL, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Atilano Pisaro and his paternal grandparents Federico Pérez and Amalia Osorio.

Nicky's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, September 5th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Iglesia Cristiana Estrella Resplandeciente de Jacob (Radiant Star of Jacob Christian Church), 185 Chapel Street, New Haven. A funeral service will take place during visitation time. Burial will be in Loiza, Puerto Rico.
