Naysha Marie Méndez Maysonet

Naysha Marie Méndez Maysonet, 35, of New Haven, CT died suddenly on Friday, May 2nd, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Luís Daniel Hernández Albert. Naysha was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico on April 6, 1990, a daughter of William Méndez of Canovanas, PR and Ana Maysonet of New Haven and had resided in New York City for ten years before moving to New Haven two years ago. Naysha is also survived by three sons, Isadel Hernández Méndez, Deniel Hernández Méndez and Luídanis Hernández Méndez, all of New Haven, one sister, Shakira la Santa Maysonet of NYC, four brothers, Kevin Méndez of New Haven, Jafet Davila Maysonet and Isander Concepción Maysonet of NYC, and Victor Concepción Maysonet of Lakeland, FL, father-in-law and mother-in-law Daniel Hernández Maldonado of West Haven and  Maria Albert Cruz of Rio Piedras, PR, step-mother-in-law Angelica Cordero Rodríguez of West Haven, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Naysha's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, May 8th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, May 9th at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven. washingtonmemorialfh.com
