Milton Andrés Cordero López, 30, of New Haven, CT died peacefully on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his loving family by his side. Milton was born June 24, 1992 in Pedro Vicente Maldonado, Province of Pinchincha, Ecuador, a beloved son of Servio Efren Cordero Patiño of New Haven and Deysi Raquel López Inahuazo of Hatillo, Puerto Rico. He came to the U.S. in 2007, and had resided in New Haven for the past sixteen years. Milton was an Asbestos Supervisor for ADP, North Haven for the past six years. In addition to his parents, Milton is survived by his life partner Monica Pérez of New Haven, four sons, Ivan Melquides Pérez Tenorio, Yanuel Andrés Cordero Pérez, Brandon Gabriel Cordero Pérez and Jhoan Alexander Cordero Pérez of New Haven, one sister, Jessica Cordero López of New Haven, one brother, Richard Cordero Escándon of New York City, his paternal grandmother, Carmen Patiño and his maternal grandmother, Graciela Inahuazo of Ecuador, a niece, Natalie Olivares Cordero and a nephew, Justin Oilivares Cordero of New Haven, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Manuel Alberto Cordero and his maternal grandfather, Francisco López. Milton's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, April 12th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. His funeral procession will leave from the funeral home on Thursday, April 13th at 4:30 p.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 5:00 p.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Church (Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish), 397 Ferry St., New Haven.
