Michelina (Rotino) Bell

Michelina Bell, 89, of Hamden, CT passed away peacefully on Friday, June 9, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband Douglas R. Bell. Michelina was born in Telese, Benevento, Italy, daughter of the late Giulio and Nicolina Rotino. She is predeceased by her brothers Marco (Maria) and Ubaldo Rotino. She is survived by her sister-in-law Franca Rotino, her devoted children Robert (Peggy) Bell of Madison, CT, Maria (Tom) Grimshaw of Hamden and her cherished grandchildren Ryan and Connor Bell, Nicole, Tommy and Michelle Grimshaw and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16 from 9:15-10:45 a.m. at Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated in St. Rita Church (St. Paul VI Parish), 1620 Whitney Ave., Hamden at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven.
