Michael John Mastropetre

Michael John Mastropetre, 75, of North Haven died Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Yale-New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael Campus. He was the beloved husband of forty eight years to Melanie O’Donnell Mastropetre. Michael was born in New Haven on February 8, 1946, a son of the late Salvatore and Mary Quigley Mastropetre, and had lived in New Haven for much of his life before moving to North Haven thirty three years ago. He was an auto body technician for several area auto body shops for over fifty years including Horseless Carriage Garage of North Haven. Michael is also survived by three sons, Michael (Amy) Mastropetre, Jr., Mark (Paula) Mastropetre and Thomas Mastropetre of West Haven, and one brother, Salvatore (Ruthy) Mastropetre. He was predeceased by his son Christopher Mastropetre, one sister, Joan Torres and two brothers, Thomas and Louis Mastropetre.
