Mary (DiNello) Baiocchi

Mary DiNello Baiocchi, 98, of North Haven died peacefully on Sunday, January 1, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Roger Baiocchi. Mary was born in New Haven on August 3, 1924, a daughter of the late Pasquale and Michelina Palmieri DiNello, and had resided in North Haven since 1959. She is survived by two daughters, June Morra and her husband Michael Morra of West Haven and Donna Baiocchi Savino and her husband Anthony Savino of Killingworth, two sisters, Rosemarie Celentano of Orange and Jean (John)  Oliano of New Jersey, one brother, Angelo DiNello of West Haven and three beloved granddaughters, Kira (Chris) Henderson, Cloe Savino and Maya Savino. She was predeceased by four sisters, Margaret Brunetti, Julie Mastrangelo, Blanche Porto and Emma Lembo, three brothers, Carl, Joseph and Pasquale DiNello and a brother-in-law, Daniel Baiocchi. Mary’s family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, January 5th from 11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. Mary’s funeral procession will leave from the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. in St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Ave., North Haven.
