Mario Cesar Rolon, 79 of New Haven, CT died peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Yale-New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael Campus with his loving family by his side. His life was a testimony of unwavering faith, trusting Christ in every season.

Mario will always be remembered as a loving patriarch whose life was centered on the teachings of Christ-a man who led by example, loved deeply, and lived humbly before God. His legacy lives on in the faith he instilled, the love he gave, and the live he touched.

In addition to his beloved wife Margarita, Mario is survived by two sons, Javier Rolon of New Haven and Orlando (Mariluz) Rolon of West Haven, one sister, Iveliss Rosario, four brothers, Tony, Peter, Edwin and Luís Rosario, five grandchildren, Javier Rolon, Jr., Victor Rolon, Orlando Rolon, Jr., Amarelys Rolon and Sebastian Rolon, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
