Mariano Ivan Maldonado

Mariano Ivan Maldonado, 35, of New Haven, CT died suddenly at his home on Friday, December 1, 2023. Mariano was born in New Haven on November 23, 1988, a son of Ivan Maldonado and Ana Rubet of New Haven, and was a lifelong city resident. He formerly worked as a machine operator for Accurate Wire Co. of Branford, loved motorsports, playing dominos, Pikachu and especially loved pork chops. Besides his parents, Mariano is survived by two daughters, Jayzbell Elys Maldonado and Emily Sixx Maldonado of New Haven, a son, Keilam Liam Maldonado of Orlando, FL, three sisters, Ivelise Maldonado of Florida, Nikea Galwey and Rosalie Gotay of New Haven, two brothers, Ivan Maldonado of Bridgeport and Justin Ortíz of New Haven, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mariano's family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, December 10th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
