Luís Gabriel Irizarry

Luís Gabriel Irizarry, 42 of New Haven died suddenly on Sunday, May 15, 2022. Luís was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico on December 5, 1979, a son of Maria Sepulveda of New Haven and the late Gabriel Irizarry, and had lived in New Haven for most of his life. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Luís Gabriel Irizarry, Jr. of Derby, a sister, Ada Irizarry and her husband Edwin Sánchez of New Haven, two brothers, Gabriel Irizarry and his wife Jessica and Juan Gabriel Irizarry of Springfield, an his maternal grandmother Juanita Mercado of Vega Baja. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Luís' family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, May 28th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
