Linda Louise (Giuliani) Alves

Linda Louise Alves, 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 28, 2025 in North Haven, CT with her loving family by her side. Linda was born on November 13, 1940, in Kingston, Massachusetts. She was the beloved daughter of the late John and Gladys Giuliani. She was predeceased by her loving husband, José T. Alves and her brother, Robert Giuliani. Linda is survived by her three daughters, Sue (Alves) Grant of Northford, CT; Teresa (Alves) Mikelczuk of East Haven, CT; and Patty Alves of New London, NH. Proud grandmother to Olivia, Gillian, Avery and Nicholas, and great-grandmother to Colton and Emersyn.

Linda worked as a professional hair stylist for over 30 years and eventually owned her own business, Linda's Beauty Salon of Hamden, CT. She continued to work even through retirement, offering her services to those who were homebound. She enjoyed dancing, bocce, music, bingo and spending quality time with her family.

Her family would like to thank The Retreat Assisted Living in Hartford, CT for the wonderful care she received in the two years while she was there, and would also like to thank the Montowese Center for Health and Rehabilitation in North Haven, CT for the wonderful hospice care she received in her final days.
