John T. Bogaert

John T. Bogaert, 83 of North Haven died Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his beloved wife of sixty three years Rita, and son Armen by his side. John was born in Rotterdam, Holland on July 21, 1937, a son of the late Theodore and Louise Hochwald Bogaert, and had resided in North Haven for the past fifty six years. He was an engineer and sales manager for Harco Laboratories, Inc. of Branford for thirty five years,  later worked for Beaver Express Trucking Co. for eight years, retiring in 2000, and was a longtime member of the Gideon Club. He is survived by his wife Rita Millette Bogaert of North Haven, two daughters, Nancy (Todd) Kiscaddan of Michigan and Donna (Jamie) LeBlanc of Port Charlotte, FL, a son Armen Abrahamian of North Haven, two grandchildren, Brandon (Katie) Bylo and Daniel Konig, and a great-granddaughter, Amber Claire Bylo. He was predeceased by his daughter Greta Bylo. Funeral services for John are private.
