Jesare Calixto Romero

Jesarel Calixto Romero, 38, of New Haven, CT died peacefully on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at Yale-New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael Campus with his loving family by his side. Jesarel was born in Tlaxcala, Mexico on May 2, 1985, the beloved son of Gilberto Calixto and Rosa Romero of New Haven, had resided in New Haven for the past twenty one years, and worked in landscaping services. He is also survived by a daughter, Shekina Calixto, a son Cis-Geramel Calixto and a sister, Evangelina Calixto (Nestor Ventura) of New Haven, two sisters, Elda Calixto (Christopher Pena) and Rosa Abdry Calixto (Gabriel Brenes) of Mexico, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
