Hector Noel Colón

Hector Noel Colón, 51 of New Haven died peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2020 at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Damaris Pérez. Hector was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on January 15, 1969, a son of Hipolito Colón of Coamo, Puerto Rico and Evenilda Ortíz of New Haven, and had resided in New Haven since 1982. He was a driver for more than fifteen years for car rental agencies and auto auction companies in the New Haven area, and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. In addition to his parents, Hector is survived by a sister, Juliana Colón of Coamo, four brothers, Luís Armando Colón of Cambridge, MA, Eric Joel Colón and his wife Marilyn Colón of New Haven, Edgardo Colón of Coamo, and Geraldo Colón of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
