Hector Luís Cardona Garcia, 60, of New Haven, CT died peacefully on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Yale-New Haven Hospital, York St. Campus with his loving family by his side. Hectror was born in Añasco, Puerto Rico on February 21, 1964, a son of Luz Maria Garcia Rodríguez of New Haven and the late Eloino Caerdona Santiago, and had resided in New Haven for the past twenty years.

He is also survived by two sisters, Madeline Cardona and Maritza (Auter Fabian Solano) Cardona, and two nieces, Marilyn and Angelique Méndez, He was predeceased by his sister, Evelyn Cardona.

Funeral services for Hector were private and were entrusted to Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. washingtonmemorialfh.com
