Guillermina Davila (Rivera)

Guillermina Davila (Rivera), 89, of Hamden, CT died peacefully at her home on Friday, October 4, 2024 surrounded by her adoring family. She was the beloved wife of the late Pablo Rivera. Guillermina was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on June 15, 1935 and had lived in New Haven, CT for thirty years before moving to Hamden twenty years ago. She is survived by six daughters, Lydia Mont of New Haven, and Judith Quiñones, Elizabeth (Ermelindo) Cardona, Louisita Cordero, Carmen (Lemuel) Pagán and Nilda (Carlos) Rivera of Hamden, one son, Pablo Rivera, Jr. of Meriden, CT, eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Guillermina’s family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, October 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven. www.washingtonmemorialfh.com
