Gabriela Salinas Montenegro, 12 day old loved and cherished infant daughter of Richard Salinas and Cindy Johanna Montenegro of New Haven, CT went home with the angels on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 in the arms of her beloved mother and father. Gabriela was born in New Haven on May 16, 2024. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Jeronimo Salinas Montenegro of New Haven, her paternal grandparents Joaquín Salinas of Perú and Janeth Caicedo of Branford, CT, her maternal grandparents Pedro Montenegro and Gabriela Fontecha of Bogotá, Colombia, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and friends. 

A funeral service and visitation will take place on Monday, June 3rd from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at CCRN Church, 43 Jones Road, Hamden. A committal service will take place on Tuesday, June 4th at 10:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, 769 Ella T. Grasso Blvd., New Haven.
