Erika (Kyewski) Garfi

Erika Garfi, 90, of Wallingford, formerly of North Haven died peacefully on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Masonicare Health Center, Wallingford. Erika was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 9, 1932, a daughter of the late Freidrich and Else Richters Kyewski. She had resided in Islip Terrace, NY for most of her life, North Haven for eleven years, and in Wallingford for the past two years. Erika was a secretary for the East Islip, NY School District for twenty five years, retiring in 1988. She is survived by two daughters, Lynn (Kathy Price) Garfi of Manahawkin, NJ and Barbara Christofor of Wallingford, and two grandchildren, Andrew and Gabrielle Christofor of Wallingford. Erika’s family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, May 12th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
