Ella Esther Marrero Henríquez

Ella Esther Marrero Henríquez, 93 of East Haven died peacefully at her home on Monday, March 29, 2021 with her loving daughter Doris by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Eugenio Manuel Henríquez Bikker. Ella was born in San Turce, Puerto Rico on February 28, 1928, a daughter of the late Mercedes Marrero and the late Abdón Rosado, and had resided in Puerto Rico and New York City for most of her life before moving to East Haven twenty two years ago. She is survived by three daughters, Mercedes (Daniel) Castaldi of Florida, Doris Maria Henríquez of East Haven and Joanne (John) Errico of Queens, NY, two sons, Luís (Diana) Henríquez of Parlin, NJ and Frederick Henríquez of Staten Island, NY and six grandchildren, Priscila and Ashley Rivera, Christopher and Nicholas Castaldi, Fred Henríquez, Jr. and Jenine Errico. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lydia Rivera and a son, Eugene Henríquez. A graveside service will take place for Ella on Friday, April 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at Rosedale Cemetery, 350 East Linden Ave., Linden, NJ.
