Edward Pedro Rivera

Edward Pedro Rivera "Mr. Ed", 49, of New Haven died suddenly at his home on Friday, September 10, 2021. Ed was born in New Haven on February 22, 1972, a son of Miriam de Jesús of Spring Hill, FL and Pedro Julio Rivera of Buffalo, NY. He grew up in Guilford, and attended Guilford High School, but had lived in New Haven for most of his life. He had most recently worked for Watson, Inc. Nutrition Products of West Haven, but had previously worked for area construction companies. Ed is also survived by a daughter, Vannessa Johanna Berios of Auburndale, FL, and a son, Edward Junior Rivera of Spring Hill. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ed's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, September 17th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, September 18th at 9:00 a.m., the Reverend Francis Snell officiating.
