Domenico "Domenic" Sorbo, 63 of New Haven died peacefully on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with his loving family by his side. Dom was born in Faicchio (Benevento), Italy on October 10, 1957, a son of the late Liberantonio and Iolanda LaVorgna Sorbo, and had resided in New Haven for the past fifty nine years. He was a machine operator, retiring from Textile Prints in Branford. Dominic is survived by a daughter, Christina Sorbo of Branford, a son, Dominic John Sorbo of New Haven, a sister Rosa Sorbo of Orlando, FL, three brothers, Giuseppe "Joe" Sorbo and Antonio "Tony" Sorbo of New Haven, Pasquale "Pat" Sorbo of Orlando, three grandchildren, Gabriella, Adrianna "Anna Banana" and Julian Morocho of Branford, his loving companion Beata "Bettie" Grzebisz of New Haven and his former wife Sandra Suffredini. He was predeceased by two brothers, Claudio Sorbo and Michele "Mike" Sorbo.
