Denisse Vázquez Bravo

Denisse Vázquez Bravo, 31, of New Haven, CT died suddenly on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Denisse was born in New Haven on November 28, 1993, a daughter of Roberto Vázquez Arroyo and Guadalupe Bravo Rosa of New Haven, and was a lifelong city resident. She was a former food server at Dunkin' Donuts and later McDonald's. Denise had a radiant, smile, a heart of gold, and brought much joy to all of those around her. She will be sorely missed.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Irma Vázquez Bravo and Jennie Marie Calderón of New Haven, one brother, Roberto Vázquez Bravo of West Haven, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Denisse's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, August 28th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Iglesia Jehová Justicia Nuestra, 104 Fairmont Ave., New Haven.  A funeral service will take place at the church on Friday, August 29th at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven.
