Confesor Vidro Ruíz

Confesor "Carlos" Vidro Ruíz, 57 of New Haven died peacefully on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Yale New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael Campus. He was the beloved life partner of twenty two years to Roseanne Colón. Carlos was born in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico on September 11, 1962, a son of the late Confesor Ruíz and the late Maria Vidro, and had resided in New Haven for the past forty one years. He was a machinist at the Sargent Manufacturing Co.of New Haven for twenty five years, retiring five years ago due to illness. Carlos is also survived by two step-daughters, Krystal and Leslie González of New Haven, a brother, Johnny Ruíz of Sabana Grande, nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Carlos' family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, June 7th fro 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
