Carmen (Alcázar) Bello

Carmen Alcázar Bello, 68 of East Haven, CT died peacefully at her home on Monday, October 16, 2023 with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Glidden Bello. Carmen was born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico on December 4, 1954, a daughter of the late Francisco Alcázar and the late Ada Roman González, and had lived in New Haven for most of her life before moving to East Haven fifteen years ago.She is survived by a daughter, Waddis Ford of Kissimmee, FL, three sons, Edgardo Bello and Eliezer Bello of East Haven and Alexis Bello of Cassalberry, FL, five sisters, Candidad (Danilo) Colón of Jacksonville, FL, Digna Rodríguez of Boston, MA, and Maria Alcázar, Adalinda Alcázar and Antonia Alcázar, all of Ponce, PR, three brothers, José Alcázar and Jorgé Alcázar of Ponce and Raul (Minerva) Alcázar of Isabel, PR.,  twelve grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her sister Isabela Velázquez.
