Bernice D'Addio Obituary

Bernice Geremia D’Addio of North Haven passed on with the angels to touch the face of God on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the age of 91. The eleventh child of Gustav and Lucy Grieco Geremia, she was predeceased by her husband Calvin "Bill" D’Addio, and siblings Angelo, Leo, Joseph, Flavo, Salvatore, and Pearl Geremia, Stella Denya, and Theresa Rieg. Survived by children Debra D’Addio, Mark (Maureen) D’Addio, grandchildren Michele (Schneither) Nogaisse and David (Kristin) D’Addio, and great-granddaughter Siena Nogaisse. Also survived by her sister Elaine Massoni, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A graduate of Lyman Hall High School, she went on to be co-owner of D’Addio’s Garden Center of North Haven. She loved people, plants, and animals of all kinds. She will be missed and remembered for her kindness to others. There will be no calling hours. Family and friends are asked to proceed directly to St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish (St. Barnabas Church), 44 Washington Ave., North Haven on Tuesday, October 26th for a Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Please use rear entrance of church to sign guest book.
