Angel Luís Cruz

Angel Luís Cruz, 74, of New Haven, CT died peacefully on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Angel was born in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico on December 6, 1948, a son of the late Pablo Cruz and the late Carmen Pacheco, and had resided in New Haven for the past fifty six years. He had worked in several area restaurants for more than five years, retiring in 2018. Angel is survived by one sister, Margarita Salcedo and her husband Melvin Rodríguez of New Haven, three brothers, Pablo Cruz of Sabana Grande, Raúl Hernández and his wife Milagros Santiago of Guayanilla, PR and Damian Hernández of Guanica, PR. and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by two sisters, Carmen Hernández and Carmen Rosa Hernández.
