Faustino Murillo, 81 of New Haven died peacefully on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Connecticut Hospice, Branford with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of the late Victoria Barahona. Faustino was born in Plan Grande, Yoro, Honduras on December 19. 1937, a son of the late Felix Molina and the late Purificación Murillo, and had resided in New Haven for the past eighteen years. He worked for many years as a farm hand in Honduras, and had worked at Vaiuso Farms of Branford for twelve years. Faustino is survived by four daughters, Sandra (Roberto Galo) Murillo and Suyapa Feldmann of New Haven, and Ingrid (Arturo Dubon) Murillo and Maria Esther Murillo of El Progreso, Yoro, Honduras, five sons, José Murillo of New Haven, David (Oneida) Murillo and Omar Murillo of Morazán, Yoro, Honduras, Faustino (Elvira) Muñoz of Dallas, TX and Carlos Brizo of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, five sisters, Virginia Murillo, Eda Alicía Molina, Marina Molina and Marga Molina of El Progreso, and Carmen Molina of Grennville, SC, seven brothers, Jorge Alberto Molina, Eduardo Castillo and Josue Castillo of El Progreso, Rodolfo Murillo, Luís A. Molina and Miguel Molina of Greenville, SC, and Isaul Molina of Miami, FL, sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters, Nelly and Irma Molina. Faustion's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, August 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven.
