Andrew F. "Bing" McWeeney, Jr., 74 of Wallingford, formerly of North Haven and New Haven died peacefully at Regency House surrounded by his loved ones. Andrew was born in New Haven on August 29, 1941, a son of the late Andrew F. and Viola Frisco McWeeney, Jr., and was a lifelong New Haven area resident. He was a retired self-employed remodeling contractor. All his life, Bing was about his art, music and family. He loved getting everyone together, and was all about being generous with his time, and willingness to help others. He was committed to being a good friend for life to anyone he befriended. Bing loved going to Vermont with family, and helping his nephew Tony at his pizza restaurant making his "famous" steak and cheese subs! He is survived by two sons, Scott and Josh, three sisters, Peggy McWeeney and Jo-Ann (Jay) Casbarro of Branford, and Cindy (Jim) Iannini of Wallingford, one brother, James (Barbara) McWeeney of Northford, and many nieces and nephews whom he loved as his own children.
